This ventless oven brings the aroma of freshly baked goods and the crisp finish of broiled entrées to your menu, without the cost or space requirements of a full-size oven or exhaust hood. Engineered for cafés, bars, kiosks, and satellite kitchens, the Vollrath CO4-208240HS delivers consistent, even results batch after batch. Note that ventless installation must be approved by your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

  • The thermostat can handle a wide temperature range from 150°F to 550°F (66°C to 288°C), making it suitable for delicate pastries to sizzling steaks.
  • The broil function adds an appetizing color and final melt to pizzas, casseroles, and proteins.
  • The 120-minute timer has an audible end signal, and the Continuous-On mode allows for long holds.
  • The self-reversing convection fan promotes uniform browning, eliminating the need for pan rotation.
  • The three included stainless-steel racks can fit 13 x 18 inch half-size sheet pans.
  • The durable all-stainless construction, removable door, and improved gasket make for quick and easy cleanup.

  • Allow the oven to cool completely before opening the door or cleaning the interior components.
