Designed for demanding food service environments, Vollrath's four-well dry drop-in hot holding unit delivers consistent, water-free heating. Each stainless steel well is independently thermostatically controlled, allowing you to keep entrees, sides, and sauces at safe serving temperatures without the need for plumbing. Powered by 208-240V, this durable hot holding unit is made in the USA for reliable performance.

  • The four full-size 12" × 20" wells can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. Adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
