Vollrath's 4-well Hot/Cold/Frozen Modular Drop-In allows you to easily transition between serving piping-hot entrées, crisp salads, and frozen treats without changing equipment. With its rugged stainless-steel construction, this versatile unit is built to withstand the demands of commercial use and provide lasting performance.
Features:
- Each well can operate independently in hot, cold, or frozen mode without compromising the temperature of the other wells.
- Holds full-size 12 x 20-inch pans or fractional pans up to 6 inches (15.2 cm) deep.
- The 18-gauge, 300-series stainless-steel top flange, wells, and user interface are resistant to corrosion and wipe clean easily.
- The 4-foot (1.2 m) tethered control panel can be mounted in the most convenient location for your staff.
- Each well has a self-contained ¼ HP refrigeration system wrapped around it, enabling rapid temperature pull-down.
- Uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with a low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
- Each well has an integral ¾-inch drain that automatically drains water when switched to cold or frozen mode.
- Standard mounting clips fit counters up to 3 inches (7.6 cm) thick, allowing for quick and easy installation.
- Comes with a 6-foot cord and a NEMA 14-20P plug, so no hard-wiring is required.
