Vulcan's C24ET6-PS Steamers provide high-performance, energy-efficient cooking in a compact design. Featuring dual stainless steel steam generators, these countertop and floor models deliver 235°F superheated steam for fast, consistent results. The two independently controlled compartments each hold six 12" x 20" pans, with 60-minute timers, buzzers, and constant steam output. Reliable operation is ensured through PowerSteam™ Powerflush, Smart Drain, and staged water fill. Durable stainless steel construction, a split water line with single drain, and dual delime ports simplify maintenance. Leveling feet provide stability in busy commercial kitchens.
