The Vulcan HEG36E Electric Griddle is a heavy-duty 36-inch countertop griddle with a 1/2-inch polished steel cooking plate for even heat and lasting performance. Its low-profile stainless steel design includes bottom-mounted snap-action thermostats every 12 inches, a Cool Bullnose front, a front grease trough, 4-inch back and tapered side splashes, and adjustable legs. The griddle is cCSAus and NSF certified for use in commercial kitchens.
