The Winco NGHP-6 Spectrum™ is a 36-inch natural gas countertop hot plate with six 25,000 BTU open burners, providing a total of 150,000 BTU. It features infinite heat controls, a standing pilot, cast iron grates, and a removable grease/drip pan. The stainless steel body includes a cool-touch front rail, adjustable legs, and non-skid feet. The unit comes with a 3/4-inch rear gas connection, a regulator, and an LP conversion kit. It is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified, making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.
