Product Description
This Vollrath NSF7 drop-in cold pan keeps one full-size 12" × 20" pan of salads, proteins, or desserts safely chilled and attractively displayed, making it perfect for salad bars, sandwich stations, and grab-and-go lines. The remote refrigeration design (compressor not included) allows for quieter operation and easier service access by placing the condensing unit in a back-of-house location. Manufactured in the USA, this unit is cULus and NSF7 listed. Please note that the cut-out must have a 7/8" (2.2 cm) corner radius. For more information on warranty and coverage, please contact us.

- 36480 – Solenoid Valve Kit (120 V): Controls the flow of liquid or gas in the system.
- 36481 – Expansion Valve: Regulates the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant.
- 36482 – Thermostat with Knob Control: Allows you to set the desired temperature for the system.
- 36483 – Filter & Sight-Glass Kit: Filters impurities and allows you to visually inspect the refrigerant flow.
