Wells and Temperature Control
The unit has three 12" x 20" stainless steel wells. Each well has its own infinite control with an indicator light, so you can set the heat for each dish separately. Spillage pans are required and must be purchased separately.
Sneeze Guard
The double sided sneeze guard lets guests be served from either side of the table.
Construction and Mobility
The table has a black vinyl clad finish and an open base. Two 4" swivel casters with brakes let you move it and then lock it in place.
