Product Description

The Advance Tabco BST-308R offers a high-performance workspace for demanding bakery and pastry production. It features an 8-foot hard-maple work surface, built-in splashes to contain ingredients, and a convenient bank of drawers for storing essential tools. The stainless steel legs provide a sturdy, NSF-listed foundation. By following the included Advance Tabco Wood Top Care Guide, you can maintain the butcher-block surface's appearance and functionality for years to come.

  • The 1 ¾" thick laminated hard-maple butcher-block top has a UV-cured, food-safe finish that resists stains and moisture.
  • The 4" coved risers on the rear and both sides prevent flour, dough, and utensils from falling off the table.
  • The right-side 3-tier drawer unit has 20" × 20" × 5" deep-drawn stainless steel insets on smooth bearing slides.

Care & Cleaning:

  • Gently wipe the surface with warm, soapy water or a non-abrasive kitchen cleaner. Avoid using scouring pads or powdered cleansers, as they could dull the finish.
  • For stubborn stains, use a mild bleach solution or nail-polish remover, but be sure to rinse thoroughly afterwards.
  • Do not allow standing water to remain on the surface for extended periods, as this could cause damage.
  • If the surface is accidentally cut or sanded, promptly reseal it with a food-safe urethane gel, such as Wood Welded® Emmet's Good Stuff®, to maintain the protective finish.
