Product Overview

This Roll In Oven Rack is built for high-volume baking. It holds up to (30) 18" x 26" pans and loads from the front. The welded aluminum construction is made for demanding commercial use.

Construction and Mobility

The rack is made of welded aluminum with 1" square tubing. Its curved top is part of the design. The 4" oven plate casters let the rack roll in and out of the oven.

Pan Capacity and Spacing

The rack holds (30) 18" x 26" pans. Shelves are spaced 2" apart, and the 1-1/2" ribbed angles support the pans. Pans load from the front.
