Construction
This food shield has a 3/8" thick heat tempered glass front and 1/4" thick side panels. The side panels are 18" deep to meet NSF requirements. The top shelf is made of 3/8" thick heat tempered glass.
Chamber Lock™ Technology
The unit is equipped with Chamber Lock™ technology fixed to the upright legs, allowing rotation in 15 degree intervals.
Weight Capacity
The maximum load on the top glass is 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight.
