This refrigerated cold pan measures 93-1/8"W x 36-1/4"D x 35"H overall. It has self-contained refrigeration and a fully insulated 18/304 stainless steel body.

Capacity

The unit accommodates (6) 12" x 20" pans up to 6-1/4" deep. Additional space below the pans allows for cold air circulation.
