This Special Value Rack is a full-height mobile pan rack with open sides. It is front loading and built for bakery and kitchen use. It is NSF listed.

Capacity

The rack holds either (20) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (40) 13" x 18" sheet pans.

Construction

The rack has a bolted extruded aluminum frame. Its 1-1/2" ribbed angle supports the pans.
