The Underbar Basics™ Cocktail Unit is a 48"W x 18"D x 33"H workstation with a 12" deep chest and a 7-circuit cold plate. It is NSF listed.

Ice Capacity and Cold Plate

Construction

The ice bin is 22/300 series stainless steel. The sides are 20/430 stainless steel, and the unit has a front apron and backsplash. Galvanized legs with adjustable bullet feet support it.
