Wells and Drainage
The table has three 12" x 20" sealed wells, each with its own drain valve. Each well accommodates pan inserts up to 6" deep. Stainless steel well liners line the wells.
Controls
Each well has its own infinite control with an indicator light, so every well can be adjusted individually.
Work Surface and Storage
A 3/8" thick poly cutting board is included. The galvanized open base has an undershelf for storage.
