Wells and Drainage
The table has (4) 12" x 20" sealed wells, and each well has its own drain valve. The wells accommodate pan inserts up to 6" deep. The well liners are stainless steel.
Controls
Each well has its own infinite control with an indicator light, so every well can be operated individually.
Work Surface and Storage
A 3/8" thick poly cutting board is included. The galvanized open base has an undershelf for storage below the wells.
