Product Overview

The Prodigi™ Pro Combi Oven/Steamer is an electric, boiler-free countertop unit with Wi-Fi enabled control. It offers steam, convection, and combi cooking modes, and its stainless steel construction is supported by adjustable stainless steel legs.

Capacity

This combi oven holds (10) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (22) 12" x 20" full size hotel pans (GN 1/1).
