Overview
The Halo Heat® Hot Food Well Unit is a drop-in electric unit that keeps prepared foods hot for serving. Its stainless steel construction and flexible pan capacity make it a good fit for a variety of food service setups.
Pan Capacity and Configuration
This unit holds (2) 12" x 20" full-size pans and (2) 12" x 6" third-size pans. Pans are not included. The well is 6-3/8" deep and holds 6" deep pans. Six third-size divider bars are included, so you can configure the wells to suit your menu.
Temperature Control
The unit has (2) individual adjustable thermostatic controllers, so you can manage temperature settings separately.
Construction and Energy Efficiency
The unit is made of stainless steel. It also features EcoSmart® technology.
