The Halo Heat® Hot Food Well Unit is an electric, drop-in unit built to keep food at serving temperature. It is made of stainless steel and comes with three individual adjustable thermostatic controllers.

Pan Capacity

The unit holds a combination of full-size and third-size pans:

  • (3) 12" x 20" full-size pans
  • (3) 12" x 6" third-size pans

Please note: Pans are NOT included.

Well Dimensions

The well is 6-3/8" deep and holds 6" deep pans.

Controls

The unit has (3) individual adjustable thermostatic controllers.
