Product Overview

The Halo Heat® Hot Food Well Unit is an electric drop-in model with a large flange. It has capacity for (3) 12" x 20" full-size pans. Pans are NOT included.

Capacity and Dimensions

  • Holds (3) 12" x 20" full-size pans (pans NOT included)
  • 4-3/8" deep well
  • Holds pans up to 4" deep

Pan Flexibility

The unit includes (6) half/third-size pan divider bars, so you can arrange the wells for different pan sizes.

Temperature Control

The unit includes (3) individual adjustable thermostatic controllers, one for each well.

Construction

The unit is made of stainless steel.

Energy Efficiency
