Compatible with 20-20E, 20-20G, 20-20MW, and QC3-100 ovens and chillers, this stainless-steel roll-in pan cart from Alto-Shaam streamlines high-volume production and maximizes labor efficiency. Designed for demanding correctional-institution environments, this 20-shelf trolley allows you to load an entire rack of pans directly into your Combitherm® oven or QuickChiller™, reducing handling time while keeping food safe and organized. Shelves and pans are sold separately.
