Capacity and Cooking Performance
The seven removable angled spits accommodate 21 to 28 chickens. The cook-n-hold function helps keep cooked product ready for service. The electronic LED controller with display allows for operation of the oven.
Design and Construction
The oven is built with stainless steel construction and a solid back. The double pane curved glass door lets you view product as it cooks. The drip pan with drain collects drippings, and the 4" adjustable legs allow the unit to be set up at the desired height.
