The Converge Multi-Cook Combi Oven is an electric combi oven with two individually controlled combination cooking chambers. Each chamber can be operated on its own, and its stainless steel construction is made in the USA.
Cooking Capacity
Each unit has two combination cooking chambers. Together they hold either two half-size sheet pans or two full-size steam pans.
Controls and Technology
The programmable touch screen controls feature Structured Air Technology. A USB port is also included.
Design and Visibility
A double pane glass door and interior LED chamber lighting let you see the food inside the chambers. The oven is built with stainless steel construction and stands on 4" adjustable legs.
