Product Overview

The Hot Carving Shelf measures 31" x 18-3/8" x 25-1/2" and is built to hold carved meats at serving temperature. It has a fixed infrared lamp and a cutting board, and its 18 gauge stainless steel construction makes it a durable addition to a carving station.

Heating and Controls

The fixed infrared lamp provides the heat. A 3-position toggle switch lets you choose HI, LOW, or OFF. The indicator light shows when the unit is in operation.

Design and Construction

The shelf is made of 18 gauge stainless steel. The recessed surface and the included cutting board provide a dedicated carving area. A framed clear glass breath guard keeps the food visible. The 1" legs raise the unit off the countertop.
