The CS-200's 70 lb (32 kg) capacity base uses gentle Halo Heat® and an overhead infrared lamp to keep your signature dishes looking and tasting their best, all while consuming less than 1 kW of power. Optional accessories like a clear-glass breath guard, half-size cutting boards, and specialized meat holders are available to further enhance your presentation and functionality.
