Product Overview

The Hot Carving Shelf keeps carved meats and other featured items at serving temperature while they are prepared and presented. It measures 33" x 25-3/4" x 30-15/16" and is built with 18 gauge stainless steel construction.

Heating and Controls

An infrared lamp provides the heat, and the (3) position HI/LOW/OFF toggle switch lets operators select the heat setting or turn the unit off. The indicator light shows when the unit is in use.

Construction and Design

The shelf is made from 18 gauge stainless steel. The recessed surface holds the cutting board, and the framed clear glass breath guard keeps the product visible. The 1" legs raise the unit off the surface it sits on.

The shelf supports a maximum capacity of 70 lb.
