The HSM Series Hot Food Merchandiser is a 36"W countertop unit designed for self-service. It has a 72 lb. product capacity and uses Halo Heat® technology to keep food hot and on display.

Capacity and Layout

The merchandiser has three heated shelves. Each shelf holds six chicken boats with dome covers. Total product capacity is 72 lb.

Heating and Controls

Halo Heat® technology and thermostatic controls keep food at the desired temperature. LED illumination lights the products inside the unit.

Construction and Access

The unit stands on (4) 4" legs. A front access panel provides access to the unit. Signage is not included.
