Product Description
The American Range AHS-4827 is a purpose-built rotisserie and spatchcock oven designed for high-volume operations. With a full 4-ft cooking surface, it delivers even, blazing heat across the entire surface. The rugged two-piece design, featuring a broiler and stand, and the all-stainless exterior allow you to position the unit right on the production line for fast, theater-style cooking. The open-bottom grate encourages continuous updraft, ensuring perfect, flame-kissed poultry every time. Due to ongoing product improvements, specifications are subject to change without notice.

- The grill has 4 heavy-duty burners that each produce 40,000 BTU, for a total output of 160,000 BTU/hr (47 kW).
- The round-rod, non-stick top grates are sized to fit whole or spatchcock chickens.

- The heavy-duty liner shields the interior from burn-out, extending the grill's service life.

Installation & Clearances:
- This appliance must be installed on non-combustible floors and requires legs or casters.
- If the appliance is placed next to non-combustible walls, there should be a 0-inch clearance.
- If the appliance is placed next to combustible walls, maintain a 12-inch (305 mm) clearance on the sides and a 4-inch (102 mm) clearance at the rear.
- Commercial ventilation in accordance with NFPA-96 is required.
- Specify the gas type (Natural or LP) and indicate if the installation is above 2,000 feet (610 m) in altitude.
