The American Range horizontal chicken broiler is designed for high-capacity, all-day production. It features five powerful burners that deliver 200,000 BTU of balanced, radiant heat. The open-bottom design maximizes up-draft for cleaner combustion, while the round-rod, non-stick grates provide perfectly seared, restaurant-quality results batch after batch.

- The grill has five 40,000 BTU/hr burners that provide consistent heat across the entire 60-inch cooking surface.
- The round-rod top grates are ideal for cooking spatchcock chickens and help prevent sticking and warping of the grates.
- The open bottom grate design encourages continuous airflow, which leads to efficient fuel use and fast temperature recovery.
- The all-stainless-steel exterior is easy to clean and resists corrosion, making it suitable for tough kitchen environments.
- The heavy-duty interior liner protects the cabinet from burn-out, extending the equipment's lifespan.
- The grill ships ready for either Natural Gas or LP fuel (select at checkout), with a 3/4" NPT rear connection.
- The grill is designed for countertop configuration, but an optional stand or caster kit is available for added mobility.

Installation & clearances:
- This unit is designed for installation on non-combustible countertops only. Legs, casters, or a 2-inch overhang are required for curb-mounting.
- Maintain a clearance of 12 inches (305 mm) from the sides and 4 inches (102 mm) from the rear to any combustible walls.
- This unit must be installed under a ventilation hood in accordance with NFPA 96 standards.
- When ordering, be sure to specify the gas type and altitude (for installations above 2,000 feet / 610 meters).
