Product Overview

The CookRite gas cheesemelter measures 36"W x 18"D x 17-1/3"H and is built with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a total output of 43,000 BTU.

Heating Performance

This cheesemelter has two 21,500 BTU ceramic infrared burners with standby pilots. Dual valve independent manual controls let you operate each burner separately.

Racks and Cleanup

The unit offers four rack positions and includes one removable broiler rack. A removable crumb tray is also included.

Construction

Both the exterior and interior are made of stainless steel.

A range mount kit is included.
