The CookRite Chrome Plated Griddle is a gas-powered countertop cooking solution with a 60" x 24" work area and a 1" thick chrome plated griddle plate. It has five burners, each with an independent thermostatic control.

Performance

This griddle produces 150,000 BTU/h. The independent thermostatic controls let you set each of the five burners separately within a 200°F–450°F temperature range. Standby pilots are included.

Construction

The griddle has a stainless steel exterior and interior. A stainless steel grease drawer and stainless steel legs are also included. The cooking surface is a 1" thick chrome plated griddle plate.

Gas Connection

The unit has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and includes a regulator.
