The CookRite Heavy Duty Griddle is a gas-powered countertop unit with a large cooking surface and a stainless steel build. It is made for demanding foodservice use and delivers 75,000 total BTU's.
Cooking Performance
The unit has a 1" thick griddle plate and a cooking area of 35-7/10"W x 19-9/10"D. Three stainless steel burners provide a combined 75,000 BTU's. Thermostatic controls let you manage cooking temperatures, and standby pilots are included.
