Product Overview

This worktop freezer combines frozen storage with a durable work surface in one unit. It measures 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 38-7/8"H and has four drawers for organized storage.

Construction

The exterior and interior are made of stainless steel. The top is reinforced stainless steel. Recessed handles give the front a clean profile, and magnetic drawer gaskets help seal each drawer.

Temperature Control

An electronic temperature controller regulates the unit, which has a temperature range of -8°F to 1°F. The freezer uses R290 refrigerant.

Capacity

Each drawer accommodates one of the following:

• (1) full size (12" x 20") 6" deep pan
• (6) 1/6 size pans

Casters come pre-installed. A rear grate is also included.
