This electric steam table measures 44-1/8"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H and features 3 fully insulated open wells. It uses an 8" deep dry heating open well design. Fiberglass insulation on four sides and the bottom helps keep heat in the wells.

Heating and Temperature Control

• Individual infinite switch temperature control for each well
• 475 watt heat element per well
• Indicator light for each well shows power on and element heating
• Mechanical switch guards

• 3 fully insulated open wells
• 12"x20" stainless steel die-stamped openings with rising lip
