Product Overview

This electric steam table measures 72-1/2"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H and has 5 fully insulated open wells. It uses a dry heating open well design, and each well is 8" deep.

Heating and Controls

• Individual infinite switch temperature control per well
• 750 watt heat element per well
• Indicator light for each well shows power on and element heating
• Mechanical switch guards

Insulation

The unit has fiberglass insulation on four sides and the bottom.

Well Openings and Food Pans

• 12" x 20" stainless steel die-stamped openings with rising lip
• Water pans included
• (5) Full-Size Food Pans, 6" depth

Construction

• 18 gauge stainless steel top, body and under shelf
• 18 gauge stainless steel support shelf and brackets
• Stainless steel tubular legs
• Adjustable stainless steel feet

Cutting Board

Includes a 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board.
