The brick-lined chambers and 2-inch Lightstone FibraMent® hearth deliver authentic, stone-baked results, while the independent temperature controls and top & bottom heat dampers provide precise browning for every pie. Installation Notes:
- Ensure there is enough space around the unit: - For non-combustible materials, leave 0 inches on the left and right sides, and 2 inches at the back. - For combustible materials, leave 1 inch on the left side, 3 inches on the right side, and 3 inches at the back.
- Each deck requires its own 3/4 inch gas connection. Consult your installer to set up the proper manifold.
- The oven is shipped with 16-inch painted legs. Casters and side-mounted controls are available by special order.
