Product Overview
This drop-in electric hot food well unit uses Halo Heat® technology to keep prepared foods at serving temperature. It has one waterless compartment, so no water needs to be added to the well.
Pan Capacity and Flexibility
The compartment can be set up in any of these ways:
- (1) GN 1/1 pan
- (2) GN 1/2 pans
- (3) GN 1/3 pans
The unit holds pans up to 4" deep. Pans are NOT included. Two half/third size pan dividers are included, so you can configure the well for different pan sizes.
