Product Description
The Channel CPS45U is a durable 27-pan rack designed for use in demanding commercial kitchen environments like walk-in coolers and freezers. Featuring heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction and welded angle slides, this rack can securely hold full-size and half-size sheet pans with 2-inch spacing. Five-inch swivel plate casters allow for easy repositioning, even when the rack is fully loaded. The CPS45U ships fully assembled on a pallet, and lift-gate delivery service is recommended if a loading dock is unavailable.

- The end-load design allows you to easily load and unload (27) 18" × 26" full-size sheet pans or (54) 13" × 18" half pans (two per ledge).

- The tray slides are continuously heli-arc welded with 1" × 1-1/2" dimensions, ensuring no loose rivets over time.
- The (4) 5" full-swivel non-marking plate casters provide smooth and quiet mobility.
- This cart is designed for use in both cooler and freezer applications.
