The Cleveland Short Series™ 60-gallon (225 L) stationary kettle is designed for high-volume kitchens with limited overhead space. Its compact 34.8" rim height delivers the production capacity of a full-size kettle in a smaller footprint. The fully jacketed design, 316 stainless steel interior, and 50 psi rating provide the speed, durability, and food safety needed for large batches of soups, sauces, stocks, and more, with the ability to serve up to 960 eight-ounce portions per batch.
