Model SGL-30-T1 | 125,000 BTU Dual-Power Burner Replace multiple pieces of equipment with this ultra-versatile workhorse. The Cleveland PowerPan™ allows you to braise, sauté, steam, pan-fry, grill, and hold food in a single 30-gallon (115 L) vessel, engineered for maximum productivity, operator comfort, and easy cleaning.
