- Large cooking surface: 60 inches wide by 30 inches deep, with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate for fast heat recovery and even heat distribution.
- Five high-powered burners: Each 30,000 BTU burner is independently controlled, allowing precise temperature regulation from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit in different zones.
- Splash guard and grease trough: The 4-inch stainless steel splash guard at the back and ends contains grease and keeps the work area clean, while the 3.5-inch wide front grease trough channels runoff to a large, removable drawer.
