This single deck-type gas broiler with griddle is built for heavy-duty use and measures 40" wide. Its stainless steel finish makes cleaning easy. It combines broiling and griddling in one unit.

Broiling Performance

Over-fired cast-iron burners are combined with ceramic radiants. The unit produces 97,500 total BTU.

Adjustable Broiler Grid Carriage

The 5-position adjustable roll-out broiler grid carriage has removable cast iron broiler grates. A high capacity grease pan comes with the carriage.

Searing Griddle Plate

A searing griddle plate sits on top of the unit. It has splash guards and a high capacity side grease drawer.
