Cooking Surface
The chrome surface griddle plate measures 36" wide x 24.5" deep x 1" thick. A double welded griddle splash guard runs along the inner seams and underneath.

A reliable Robertshaw snap action thermostat reaches temperatures up to 450°. It is combined with Robertshaw TS11 safety pilot controls.
