This countertop gas griddle has a 72" wide x 28" deep frame. It is built for high-volume cooking and has a large cooking surface and thermostat control.
Cooking Surface
The unit has one 72" x 21" x 3/4" thick thermostat controlled griddle plate. The thermostat control lets you regulate the cooking temperature. A 4" splash guard on the back and sides helps contain food and splatter.
Grease Management
A grease trough directs grease away from the cooking surface and into a large removable grease drawer, so it can be emptied easily.
Construction
