Overview
The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 27" wide, one-section refrigerated prep unit. It combines a pan-equipped prep top with two drawers for refrigerated storage, which makes it a good fit for sandwich preparation.
Prep Top Capacity
The top holds (12) 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep, so ingredients stay within easy reach. An 8" cutting board gives you a work surface for assembling sandwiches.
Drawer Storage
The unit has (2) drawers. Each drawer accommodates (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan. Pans for the drawers are supplied by others.
