The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 27" wide, one-section refrigerated unit with a front breather design. It combines food storage with a prep surface for sandwich preparation.
Food Pan Capacity and Prep Surface
The unit holds (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans. An 8" cutting board gives you a work surface for assembling sandwiches.
Door Design
The unit has (1) field rehingeable door, so the hinge side can be changed to suit your workspace.
