Product Overview
The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 32" wide, one-section unit for sandwich and food prep. It combines a prep surface with a pan rail and two refrigerated drawers, so ingredients and menu items stay organized and within reach.
Prep Top Capacity
The top holds (12) 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep. An 8" cutting board gives you dedicated space for assembling sandwiches and prepping ingredients.
Drawer Storage
The unit has (2) drawers. Each drawer accommodates one of the following configurations:
- (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (2) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer
Drawer pans are supplied by others.
