Product Overview

The Convotherm Mini Pro easyTouch Combi Oven is an electric, boilerless/spritzer combi oven with programmable controls. It is built with stainless steel construction and a UL approved footless base.

Controls and Display

This oven has a 7" TFT high resolution capacitive touch display. Its programmable controls have a 399 recipe program capacity.

Operating Modes and Cooking Capabilities

  • (4) operating modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and rethermalization
  • Low temp/Delta-T cooking

Capacity

The oven holds either:

  • (5) 12" x 13-1/3" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, or
  • (5) 13" x 9-3/5" quarter-size sheet pans

Cleaning System

The oven includes an integrated, automatic, hands-free solid-to-liquid (S2L) cleaning system.
