Product Overview

The (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is an electric combi oven with a steam generator. It is built with stainless steel construction. The package is designed for K-12 menus and comes with a US cookbook of 200 cooking recipes for common K-12 menu items.

Capacity

Each oven holds (6) half size sheet pans or (6) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans.
