Product Overview

The (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is an electric, boilerless combi oven/steamer package. It is built for K-12 foodservice and comes with a US cookbook of 200 cooking recipes for common K-12 menu items.

Capacity

  • One oven holds (6) half size sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans.
  • The second oven holds (10) half sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans.
